Also, what sections should I aim for (although I’m no opposed to sitting with Gator fans)?

I noticed they aren’t even on Stubhub yet.

I remember years ago buying them in front of the stadium, but I’d really rather have them in hand. Especially considering we would need 3 together.

2012

Me and my 4 brothers decided to sit right smack in the middle of the florida section. Bought florida shirts and put them over our red shirts making sure to blend in. Walked into the section, high fives....gator chomping. HA....right before the dawgs ran out on the field we stood up, looked around and ripped the shite off. Real wrestling stuff! IT WAS GLORIOUS.

they were pissed

Last year I was in the 40. 2 years ago in the end zone. Loved them both. In the end zone you can pick on the nearby Gator fans before they leave early.

Truth be told, every time I had Gator tickets (my brother got his doctorate from FU), I just went to the UGA section and held them aloft. A Florida fan would invariably trade with me; sometime he got better seats, sometimes I did.

The last two years I have sat on uf dude. The tickets were cheaper. There were Georgia fans sprinkled throughout. We did a lot of high diving over gator fans

Buy em there. I think we were both 6-1 going into this game last year. I had an extra club and a parking pass in Lot A, I got more for the parking pass than I did the club ticket.
It hasn't been that tough a ticket since the advancement of HD TV.

Try to scalp them. If you can't, go tailgate and then go watch the game at Hoptinger in Riverside or at one of the beach bars

ETA: I say Hoptinger because they have a massive beer selection and huge TVs both inside and on the rooftop.

This... So long as you know people that are going and you can tailgate with them, getting a ticket is typically not that big of a challenge once you're there. People tend to horde extra tickets thinking they'll have a big group, and inevitably people don't go. If you put some effort into it, you can almost always find a ticket at a reasonable price.

My problem is we always want 6 to 8 together for my group. Last year we paid $180 each. This year, maybe $150. But if you just need two or a single, they are there to be found.
