Odd statement to make. He does make plays but I don't think gives him the right do anything he wants. I don't see Kirby running shite that way.

I think it was a heat of the moment, frustration fueled thing. No biggie, but I just don't like our guys going at it with each other.

I shouldn’t have said “whatever he wants.” He obviously can’t do whatever he wants.

I do, however, think it’s fair and justified for he and the other guys on the team to put some public pressure on the QB position. 11 has been the on-field liability most of this season.

I’ve seen Swift getting irritated the past few games. He’s an uber talented player who hasn’t found the end zone since the Kentucky game if memory serves. And when he does it’s just a 2 yard score where last year and 17 he had several highlight big TD runs. He’s probably the biggest negative recipient of the lack of productivity. He gets yards but not scores. The offense stalls. He knows it can be better and that he can be given not just more but better opportunities to be productive.

As far as Fromm goes I have no clue. Last year he simply made many of the throws he’s missing now. The receivers might not be 5 yards in front but they’re open enough. Find your lost confidence and drive the ball in there. Quit playing like you’re afraid Kirby is gonna yell at you. You’re not getting benched for Stet the jet so just fricking let it rip. And of course Coley could make this a lot easier and have receivers even more open if he wasn’t so predictable and unimaginative

methinks Fromm would look pretty good in OSU's offense as well.

How so? He would still overthrow open guys and still not run for lots of yards

Agreed, Fromm was letting the clock run and didn't get to line until 5 seconds. Couldn't aufible.

Kirby basically confirmed this in the presser. He ordered Fromm to milk the clock and he ran out of time to get the audible in.

I agree. People may not like Swift showing emotion but someone has to hold the offense accountable. We heard all offseason how Fromm is the guy getting on to anyone who needs it which is fine but at this point it’s Fromm who’s holding them back. Swift had every right to be let his QB know his frustrations.

Say what you want but it’s refreshing to see someone out there fed up with the embarrassing offensive unit

Seemed both QBs last night had passes sail on them. Fromm was using a glove for the first time too so may have thrown him off. Mond had a couple passes go way long.
