All in all I feel extremely good with where we are at considering everything that happened

It doesn’t matter if he leads with his helmet. He launched and hit the receiver square in the head. It was a dumbass play by Thomas. More so than losing him you just put them in fg range.

You're a fking idiot

He literally turns his head away and led with his shoulder because the reciever ducked into him. There was literally nothing he could do if he wants to make the tackle. He did everything he could to make that a safe tackle.

Ole Miss had a chance at capturing some momentum and blew it.

I'm not saying I agree. I'm just saying the head snapping sealed it.

Agreed

The rule is ridiculous and needs to be overhauled. Offensive players can literally just go low and bait targeting

That’s fair, man. Officials seem to consistently ignore all the nuance behind that rule, just as they did on that play. Pisses me off to end.

I feel like they might be the better team tonight overall but we are playing some gritty arse football

I’m more pissed seeing the Gunner hit again that they didn’t even look at. And btw his head snapped back also.

wut?

We are getting basically everything we want on offense with our OL. the pass rush is getting closer and closer to getting home when they arent explicitly playing contain, and our secondary is all over their ball catchers.

We are clearly the better team imo

Ole Miss has kicked FGs, Georgia has scored TDs

Dawgs scored TDs in the red zone at a 72% clip coming into this game, good for 2nd in the country. That is one of the most important stats for the team this season. They're 2/2 tonight.

Sad their beloved Buckeyes are out of it.

We got everything we wanted on one drive. The next one they shut the run down and we just made some incredible plays against a stout defense. The third score was on defense. Then they shut the run down again

They started to sell out bigly to stop the run between the tackles theres a ton of ways we can easily make them pay for that if they continue to do that. Theyre vacating the entire middle of the field to do it.

We need to just run it down their throats with our RB’s and end this shite early

I’m not convinced Gunner will make them pay but we will see. He is a gamer but he does not see the field well when he drops back

They know they can bc Gunner won’t throw there. Didn’t we have a thread recently about how rarely he throws to the middle and that’s where all his picks have come from?
