This is an area most all new head coaches have to grow in. Also, tell me what your solution is for Kirby? Who would you like to see as HC other than Kirby?

That was two of the worst calls ever. You've got 3rd and 12 and you call that play? Run the damn ball.

Jake finally throwing downfield more on early downs...and now he isn’t giving the WR a fair opportunity to make a play on the ball. He needs to get it dialed in.
