Coaching is very important in CFB. Kirby is an elite recruiter but a poor on field coach. He doubled down by bringing promoting two elite recruiters who are also questionable on field assets into coordinator roles.

I’m a little confused on why we let a limping qb hand off a ball and they still got 9 yards. As if we was gonna throw the ball?
