Should practice be about LSU already?

Or is that completely foolish?

I know you have to say all the one week at a time BS publicly, but I'd be tempted to be teaching how to stop the LSU O for 2 weeks privately.

Do we have a scout team with the offensive capability of LSU?

If so, why aren't they the starting offense?

there is zero doubt whatsoever we've been scouting and film prepping for LSU since the AU game, if not longer.

But you can't devote one of your very few actual on-field practice days to them before tech.

I do like the fact that we play a nooner and LSU plays @ 7:00

Coaches can focus on their game and get a jump on preparing.I do wish they were playing on the road though.

I’d like to think so but the offense is so unreliable I don’t think you can afford to take much time away from GT prep. Maybe defensively but this offense can’t overlook shite.

Yes. Practice should be about LSU completely.

In fact, the GT game should be an LSU practice. I've seen some of GT's games, and they're simply not capable of winning v UGA.

The line is horrid. Passing game is worse. Defense is small and un-fast.

This. You can bet they have enough information and Kirby and co have been working something for a while.

We're 29 point favorites and playing one of the worst teams in the worst P5 division...you really need to step away from the ledge and grow a pair.

They lost to Virginia Tech 45-0

I think we could have three 100 yard rushers in this game. Pull swift when he hits 100 and let White, Cook, and Herrien run crazy.

Yes, this game should be played as if it is a practice/scrimmage. They can do that with this years tech team now that they don't run the triple option. This is what I want to see in Saturdays game to give me confidence preparing for my SECCG party;
1. Jake standing confident in the pocket and be willing to take a sack(if theres pressure) while scanning the field.
2. WR making plays
3. Swift 130 yards rushing on 11 carries
4. Starters leave the game at the 8 minute mark of the 3rd quarter
5. Penalty/Injury free game
6. 48-13 final score(drag em by the balls up and down the field)

1) Jake needs to exit the game with a clean jersey
2) Yes
3) Hopefully <11 carries
4) Earlier
5) see #1s 1,3,& 4
6) They better not score 13

You guys think Kirby and little Nicky are back on speaking terms?
Certainly they’ve had some late night chats and been over how to contain burrow....

I think you look back at the Superbowl between Peyton lead Colts vs Seahawks.

Seahawks jammed their WRs and hit Peyton all day and his prolific offense disappeared when it mattered.

Yea, man, I watched it. I know they’re a disaster and that by talent alone we should wipe the floor with them but I truly don’t think our offense is competent enough to practice for LSU instead of for GT and expect to be effective
