The part where he points to Wynn and Kubs and tells them this is their team and if something is wrong then they have to fix it was all I needed to hear

I have full confidence in Pittman and believe he's a proven coach, but I remember we all said the stuff about Sale last year when his mic'd up video came out, so I'm gonna sip the kool aid (not chug as I typically do) and wait for results.

Sale was relatively unknown/unproven.
I'm excited about Pittman because of his proven track record at Arkansas, UT, UNC, etc.

Exactly...there's real evidence to fuel excitement for Pittman.

yep. With sale or searles or whoever else...a lot of the excitment was more so "finally some new blood, hopefully he's better than the last guy!"
Pittman is different, how many times have you seen as much wailing and gnashing of teeth by a school losing their OL coach? Pittman is by all accounts one of the best in the business, and something you also don't typically see in an OL coach is he is a dynamite recruiter (for his position at least). Very exciting.
