Dash said Eason's were "in the loop" On the hire and are "OK" with it, that probably wasn't a JE quote but the guy that posted asked if JE was OK with it and Dash said he was.

The " we might as well keep Scotty and/or Richt" comments are laughable.
We had to move on. Pruitt loss is fine too, I have a feeling that he was going to be gone regardless. This hire is meh but could you imagine the melt if we kept Richt and he fired Pruitt? That was highly likely the scenario IMO because what boss keeps the employee that shows up at their house to raise hell?

Pittman had the best O Line in the SEC past two seasons.
Cochran is also getting better tallent at UGA to work with. If Pittman does his job our play selection should be succesful with Cochran as OC.

big question now is what does JE think about it?
No reason not to like it, really. GREAT OL hire, decent OC hire. If Eason can play as well as we think he can, offense should thrive behind a stout OL and with a good running game

Eason will be fine.
Will recommit.

I'm sure McElwain will put Easons skills to great use, and Les will finally have his good QB at LSU.
Ah...Jacob we hardly knew ye.
Kirby May as well have told Eason to get the frick out.

Spin it anyway you want it. The hire was a dud. The reason Crompton threw for so many yards because they would rush for 25 yards a game. His offenses have sucked

Also, I don't know how Jim Chaney keeps getting good jobs. Against Smart's defenses, Chaney never scored more than 13 points in five tries while at Tennessee and Arkansas, and was shut out in 2013. I'm not sure what Smart sees in that, but here we are.

Not enthused. We would be his 4th team since 2009. Yeah, yeah, there are underlying reasons but still........If you are top notch you don't kick around like that. Let's do better.
Doesn't Pruitt have a similar history?

How the hell do you even get that fat? Make him lose 200 pounds as part of the contract. It's disgusting.

He was a nose tackle in college. And not the modern day pounds-of-muscle nose tackle. More like the "your nutrition plan is to eat one of those gallon buckets of ice cream a day so that you're impossible to move from the couch and, therefore, will be impossible to move off the line" nose tackle.

No, he moved into the DC position at FSU and then inexplicable left that to come to UGA as DC. Now, you can start rising those eyebrows with the Richt disposal and rumor of Pruitt caused ruckuses.
