After the injury he just isn’t what I’d call explosive or twitchy or a great route runner but he’s a hell of a glue guy. Blocks his arse off. Catches it when he’s thrown to. Love him. Anti diva receiver.

MJ Sherman will be staying after a misinterpreted tweet. Anyone know why Chambliss was taking snaps over this 5* in his 2nd year? Odd no?

Reminds me a little of a former UGA WR Demiko Goodman. Big frame and above average speed. Really good athlete.

I was told they were taking it easy on him due to injuries. I expect him to really have an impact in 23.

I would guess and this is just a rough guess

Andrew Paul RB
Brett Seither TE
Brock Vandergriff after camp QB
Micah Morris OL
Xavian Sorey LB
Jaheim Singletary CB
One of the WRs who isn’t getting touches we as

Any reason why you include them?

If Beck wins the job, I still see him staying for his shot. He is basically Beck 2.0. It would probably take a full offseason for him to get an entirely new offensive scheme. If he is going to sit, he may as well stick it out and fight like hell for 2024.

The Andrew Paul suggestion makes no sense. Kenny is gone. Milton and Edwards likely will be after next year, and Paul is coming off an acl injury. He should be able to earn carries at some point next year and take on a bigger role in 2024.

With the 1/2/3 RB trio being Milton, Edwards and Robinson, we saw #4 & 5 RB getting carries IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. Paul will absolutely see the field in '23.

He has two NC rings, an SEC ring, and is a first round prospect, and he's been hurt three times in the last 12 months (missed spring completely), so he needs to make hay while the sun shines. There's literally nothing to come back for.

Yeah. Some NFL team is literally salivating at his size and skill profile. Dude is a freak.

He was getting crazy player comparisons during camp before his injury. I’m looking forward to seeing him.

Yes, Morris is based on speculation aka tampering by Florida

Andrew Paul I just don’t see a lot of carries for him but with his injury it was just speculation on him

That would suck.
It is argued that he is presently our best run blocker.
A lot of those Robinson runs in the 4th quarter were to his left side.

Truss has a 5th year available.
Willock is in his 4th year.
Ratledge is in his 4th year.
There are definitely obstacles. But we did a great job rotating McClendon and Mims and it paid off.
I'm sure we can do the same with Tate.

One of the upcoming challenges is that players used to go to the draft when they had an opportunity. Or go professional in something else after their degree. Today with NIL, there isn't so much of a rush to move on and away from college football.

Log jams on the OL may be more and more common if we aren't putting out 1st/2nd rounders.

Isn't Vandargriff a duel threat guy? That might give him an advantage against Beck. I mean that's why Kirby went with Bennett over Daniels isn't it, because of his mobility?

Yea I don't think it's as settled as people think. Monken and Smart (recently Smart) now both lean to a qb with mobility.

MJ Sherman (LB) confirmed as staying, per a DawgNation update.

Gunner volunteering to play TCU's QB in scout team and take hits sounds familiar...

I forget which game it was this year but Beck was in for garbage time and scrambled like a beagle at least once to pick up significant yards.

I'm not saying Beck is the guy or not, but just because he isn't "known" for his legs doesn't mean he doesn't have them. Stetson wasn't "known" for his legs either at that stage in his career.
