i understand the bracket opens up pretty fine for us playing a 6 seed that just lost their coach, BUT

we/everyone should be way more upset about this. literally makes absolutely zero sense that we arent the 2 seed. i have seen almost no discussion on this, but it's shocking.

this committee seems to be the dumbest one yet with pretty much no rhyme or reason whatsoever. I won't even get into how bama shouldn't even be in the playoffs that's another topic.

But as to your point...when I first saw OSU and us at 3, my originla reaction was "WTF is going on here?" then a few seconds later I thought that this meant bama was definitely in at the 10 seed, and the committee was at least trying to be rational by avoiding having UGA play bama in literally our next game after we just played them. So imagine my surprise when I see that bama isn't even the 10 seed!

This is the same committee chairman that explained, when point blank asked why OSU only dropped to 2, he said something about OSU going for it on 4th down (they didn't make it, by the way) which would have made the game closer, and they also missed a FG which would have made it closer. All kinds of made up imaginative bullshite fairytales about things that actually didn't happen in real life, were used as a reason for OSu to stay high. Let's remember this is also the guy that ALL YEAR kept citing rushing as reasons to keep some teams (bama included) lower than what the public might have thought. Constnatly cited a team's lack of rushing abiliyt as a weakness. So bama has literally negative rushing yards in a 3 touchdown arse beating, then stays put. I try not to think about it too much because it boggles the mind and is absolutely enraging. I sure hope that frick is off the committee next year. If I was an arkansas fan I'd be embarrassed as hell.
