He's immature and that penalty was dumb and probably cost us a TD. But there is no reason to kick him off the team. That's just silly talk.
I actually laughed when I saw what he did to get the penalty. I guess I'm still immature too.

At a minimum, Kirby needs to blast his arse, in front of the team, and severely punish him ( steps, etc) to make him prove he wants to be part of the team, and will put the team above his foolish, childish impulses. If he can’t rise above it, he gone.

It’s really really dumb and hurt the team. That cannot be overlooked. But no, he should not be kicked off the team. I don’t think he’s a bad kid. I do think it’s past the time he grows up and I think the coaches should get creative in his maturing program

He does NOT BLOCK this year. Watch him. He takes all plays off that do not directly involve him. Very selfish! I say bench him or use him as a decoy. He needs to grow up.

Of the things the Mailman does well, he’s not great at the deep ball over the shoulder or the back shoulder, both of which a guy like Pickens thrives with. Need to get him involved more even if it’s a jack sweep toss thing like Burton got. He’s good when he’s involved early.

This. Take a look at Brooks Austin's videos from last week.
Bigger deal to me than the penalty. If he's not going to be a significant receiving threat and not going to block, he's just a more talented but almost equally useless Matt Landers. All promise next to no delivery. Not saying he's irredeemable, just that right now, he's underwhelming to say the least.
