Kemps commercials are so lame but I’ll vote for him over Abrams.

I think she's too far left for most moderate Georgians to vote D. I'm intetested to see what kind of dirt there is on her.

Well, she's way behind on her taxes. If she can't control her own personal finances, how can she be expected to control state finances?

This election kind of reminds me of when Roy Barnes was running for re-election in 2004. Barnes had the 'flag flap.' Abrams is running on trying to deface Stone Mountain. Barnes thought he could pull the metro vote and have it in the bag. He underestimated the voting power of the rural precincts, and it got him beat.

You better believe that the rural precincts will turn out to vote against someone who is anti-gun, pro tax increases, and wants to deface Stone Mountain.

They were effective enough for a landslide runoff against the current governor's endorsement.

I’m glad you consider a strong stance against illegal immigration and pro 2nd amendment to be lame because Stacey is literally the opposite of all of that

Plus his daughters BF needed to be checked anyway. Kid Looks like a major douchbag IMO

Barnes lost the education vote. He made promises that he didn't keep.

There are about 115,000 educators in the state.

In 1998, Barnes won by 150,000 votes.
In 2002, Perdue won by 104,000 votes.
(Educators have spouses voting too).

If you want to win any local campaign, win the educators vote. They are the largest employer in my county.
Probably so in most counties.

And yet you think Brian Kemp is a good candidate?!? The guy who had primary commercials implying he's going to kidnap Mexicans? The guy who was holding a teenager at gunpoint? The guy who did everything in his power to block investigations into OUR voting databases and machines at KSU?

Kemp is likely a good candidate for the MAGA types...unfortunately for you guys, that's not where the vast majority of minority and educated suburbanites are at, these days.

I'll tell you what, this is going to be one ugly arse campaign. I expect some VERY racist ads shot in both directions during this race.

You can't kidnap someone that broke into your house.

This is going to be a bloodbath. Kemp is going to win big.

Yeah honestly Evans seemed like she would have been more of a threat to beat whomever the republican would be. Given her background and story, she would have grabbed some votes from more rural areas that Abrams is not likely to get. She was a solid democratic candidate imo, I think the dems shot themselves in the foot like they often do because of their obsession with identity politics.

The first Kemp ad should be Abrams standing at an altar in front of a crowd of blacks, with a sprinkling of white carpetbagger supporters, discussing sandblasting Stone Mountain. Record GOP turnout if he does it

Damn, that would be a good one.

The other is just for Kemp to go, “If you want GA to be a Sanctuary State, vote Abrams. If not, vote me.”

Then why has she been seen whooping it up and giving speeches at anti-gun rallies? Why did she say that she was in favor of Atlanta being a sanctuary city?

Kemp’s commercials were strokes of genius.

It was the predictable reaction to them by the commies and cronies and the domesticated know-nothings that he was really after. And he got it in spades.

Just look at the dope in this thread describing the commercials as kidnapping illegals and holding his daughters boyfriend hostage at gun point if you want a perfect example.

The commercials literally have the power to smoke mongotards out of their holes and get them to punch themselves in the nuts in broad daylight for all sane people to see.

And when a sane person sees how vapid and low IQ the opposition really truly is, it’s highly motivating. Nobody wants to be on the same side as those idiots. And they sure as shite don’t want them having any control of their lives.

Anyone with Obama's or Valerie Jarrett's endorsement won't do well in Ga. amongst the rural vote. It is what it is. She ain't getting elected.

Trump / MAGA has something like 85% approval among Republicans. That’s unheard of. It’s shocking actually. Especially considering the historic on-going smear/hate campaign....and lack of support from establishment repubs in same party.

Translation: You are in for one hell of a rude awakening come November, boy.

Exciting times.

While the subset of people who self-identify as Republicans has shrunk to roughly 26%. There's a Trump-purity test which is cleansing the GOP and, therefore, shrinking its numbers. Of course those who remain in the party support Trump.
