They have improved a lot over the course of the season, and I think Freeling's early season ankle issues were worse than anyone let on. He looks mobile and fluid now while he was basically hopping around on one leg against Auburn.

It's called data points, would you like everyone to wait until the end of the season and provide their assessment then in full to you?

Would that help the coping ?

If you know anything about "data", you know that small sample sizes aren't reliable. If you know anything about football, you'll know that inexperienced players make mistakes. And you'll also know that nobody is dominating right now because the NIL/TP era has upended the status quo.

That means that most of what gets stated as facts are actually opinions. We all do it from time to time, but it's worth remembering so that we can avoid doing really dumb things like suggesting that Georgia's head coach has lost his ability to manage this program at a high level. Probably more than any active coach, he deserves the benefit of the doubt from fans who "aren't in the arena" (I kinda like that quote from another very good head coach).

But, If tearing down Georgia's team and coaches based on insufficient data and unrealistic expectations helps you cope, carry on. Either way, I have no reason to trust your assessments over those of Kirby Smart and he'll be the first to admit that every season will be a challenge.

In first few games we were injured but also running stupid arse plays not helping our cause.

As we healed and Gunner was allowed to throw more than a bubble screen, we have gotten better.

Have you ever considered that Gunner was very green and needed to be brought along slowly and not allowed to throw the ball all over the field? As he learned the plays and players in games he was allowed to do more.
As for Richt, after watching the disaster of his last season I was ready for a change. The way it was handled was very disrespectful, but it was time. If you will post evidence I still want Richt to be here coaching I will leave immediately. You leave immediately if you can't. Deal?

I saw Gaston at RT at the beginning. I can’t swear he took the first snap there but he was definitely playing RT early.

They were bad 6 weeks ago and it didn't take a brain scientist to see it. I'm thinking maybe just maybe some coaches realized there was a fire being built under their butts and they decided they actually could do better at prep and coaching. If so, good for them.

Or maybe we were really injured in the Tennessee game and down to Michael Uini at right tackle. Aside from the Tennessee game, what's to gripe about?

It took all of a one quarter against Marshall to see that the O line was better this season.

I like how you have reimagined yourself as a level-headed pragmatist, even though you started a thread after the Alabama game just so you could gloat about you'd been trying to tell us that we sucked this season and Bobo needed to be fired. You are clinically delusional.

That should tell you how bad our playing calling, Oline play and coaching was.

Again, data…say it with me…”data points”

Massive shift in Oline play and play calling and it’s not close.

You can try to pound your little Disney chest over the team playing better but you were gone for long time when that thread was made.

Also, isn’t the same thread where I had to school you on betting? Let me know in your response.

The Richt apologists double as Disney’s and can’t comprehend this. Their strata is just too low

What are all of these goofy-arse data points you keep posting about? You have one of the worst cases of Georgia football Dunning-Kruger that I've ever come across.

...And for the umpteenth time, a Georgia fan betting against Georgia will never not be froot loopy and bizarre.

Did Gaston start at RG Saturday?

Starting the game was
LT - Freeling
LG - Morris
C- Bobo
RG - Glover
RT - Greene

The first TD score
LT - Freeling
LG - Glover
C - Bobo
RG - Gaston
RT - Green

Other rotations throughout the game
LT - Freeling
LG - Morris
C - Bobo
RG - Gaston
RT - Greene

While reviewing another game, The Film Guy said it would be difficult for an Oline to have the stamina to deliver body blow after body blow throughout the game. Now healthy, our Oline stays fresh with all the rotating. Next year Glover may move to LG. He's getting a lot of reps on that side of the ball.

Our pass blocking was bad in the second half of the Tennessee game because we were down to Hughley and Uini at right tackle, and both were too green for the situation.

And still, we rushed for 200 yards that game. If you and your more wordsmithy alter SemperFiDawg truly think that our offensive line was "bad" and then magically got better in the last few weeks, you should really sit the rest of the season out. It's complete fricking amateur hour.

Maybe you need to stop thinking.

You really think Kirby and the rest of the staff somehow transformed into better coaches and started to prepare better 2/3 through the season?

God almighty, this is first class idiocy.
