I hope it never happens but if/when Todd Monken leaves.

Would Dell McGee, Mike Bobo or Buster Faulkner be the next OC?

I hope Monkin is so happy that he retires in Athens.

Monken should get all kinds of high profile offers after this season. One would hope he is happy just being on OC. It's a very good gig. Hopefully if he does depart Bobo isn't the guy, but he would certainly be in the running.

If I am an SEC team, I am offering Todd monken the HC position.

Who else is going to have a better gameplan to attack Bama and UGA's defense?
Offer Tray Scott DC and Todd Hartley OC.

It's a legit concern. He does deserve a HC gig at almost any D1 school, but I don't think he wants to recruit like a coach needs to nowadays.

Money is rolling in so his salary shouldn't be an issue, the only threat is a NFL OC job comes a calling.

Yeah. Bad juju. May the words Monken and leave never be spoken in the same context again.

Yah, I hear you about juju but I'd like to see Monken have young protege in training kind of like Mel Tucker had with Lanning and Schummann. It's more like we have a re-tread in line with Bobo.

If Bobo (or anyone on staff for that matter) were to take over and not continue what Monken is doing, they need to be beat about the head and shoulders with a bat.

Maybe Bobo is learning from Monken. It would seem he is having good influence on the QB situation. Hopefully Kirby and Monken bring in some more young offensive minds that they can bring up the ranks. I always thought Murray would have been a good coach because of all the film study he used to do, but I've heard him say in interviews he doesn't want to make the time commitment.

I doubt he will learn. Maybe pick up a thing or two, but you can bet we'd start seeing a lot runs up the middle with an under-sized back again.

STOP WITH THE NIGHTMARES ALREADY. I still suffer from PTSD from those very images.

Being a HC is a high paying gig but it also comes with a ton of BS. Especially in the SEC. As we’ve seen there aren’t many that can put up with the grind OUTSIDE of what you have to do on Saturdays.

Bobo still has the best scoring offense in history and he did that with half of the OL talent.

He gets a bad rap because he was promoted within and didn't have prior experience as he cut his teeth.
