John Lilly - ST coordinator (offense)
Mike Ekeler - ST coordinator (defense)
They will also retain previous titles

I'm happy about all that but what are Lilly's qualifications for STs and why didn't he serve in that capacity to begin with? I get the idea Lilly is about to go to some conventions, hopefully visit some schools, and then watch a shitload of youtubes.

Would still be an improvement
For real though, most coaches at that level have had a lot of past special teams experience. It's mostly a matter of focusing on it and being organized
