Maybe as the HBC in a few years. Smart is on his way out. Will take 5 years but he is on his way.

If we fire Smart for either of those two, that’d be the stupidest move in college football history.

Firing Smart this year would be foolish. After the 2025 season it will be the consensus. It will be after 2023 amongst fans but it’ll take 2 more years.

Since you can see into the future why didn’t you warn us four years ago that 2020 would be a down year for us?

Obviously there was no body of evidence 4 years ago. There is now. Smart is the best coach UGA ever had. He ain’t on the hot seat now and his job is safe. Within 3 years the majority of UGA fans will have arrived at the conclusion that Smart ain’t going to get it done. He will make 2 years after that and will retire.

9-10 wins a season, just like the last 5. Very good but not good enough. About the same winning % as Richt, just slightly better than Dooley.

Some of y’all seem to think Smart has already established himself as a great coach. He hasn’t. He could, but it hasn’t happened yet....

No, no. I asked for specific wins each season, not some averages.

No one is saying he's great but you're clearly underselling him.

Y’all act like we have some sort of requirement to win natty’s to make the season worth while. You are wrong. We want to win games. It’s fun when we win games. Y'all take beating Tech, Auburn and UT for granted. That’s how I know you are a new money fan. I’d love for us to win a Natty. Yet, beating our rivals is a lot of fun.

Now, before one of you lectures me on not settling for some sort of mediocrity, just stop. You are a fool I promise you. This season was fricked from the beginning. Embrace the suck and enjoy the games and the wins.

No, we will win one less tasks a season on average than we have the last 4. Again, I would love to be wrong, but’s rare for a coach or any employee of hired in an entry level position Tomakesiggnificant improvement after year five. Considering we’ve played the worst UF teams in recent history the last 4 years it’s hard to imagine us winning that game more than 50% of the time.

That would be why it's called a rivalry game, as opposed to just someone we play every year.

Exactly. Coupled with one in explicable loss a year which we have had eve th year under Smart that’s 10 wins in the regular season when we lose to UF. Thus we will win 9-10 a year just as we have thus far.

Y the way we haven’t had the inexplicable loss yet this season. It could be out there, although given the WB situation wins are harder to explain than losses

Does Bobo want to come back and coach QB's? I'd take him in heartbeat.
