You talking about the TE? He played in the mid-90s, couldn’t even be in his fifties. Damn

One of my favorites of all time. He played basketball too - anchored a team that made the NIT final four. When Larry Brown fouled you, you STAYED fouled.

Different one. Played in early/mid 80s. My bad. Sorry for the confusion. Forgot there was another one with that name.

He was on the sweet sixteen team that broke my heart against Syracuse. I thought we were elite eight bound when Pertha Robinson hit that three pointer with a couple seconds left only to have John Wallace sink one as time ran out.
I think he coaches basketball at Oglethorpe County now.

RIP Larry. I think as others, I thought you were referring to the TE Larry Brown who also played power forward for the Hoop Dawgs.
