If Muschamp brings Travis Robinson as DB coach and either keeps Rocker or brings in Rumph, I'm cool with it

I have to work so I just can't keep up. One thread is talking bout losing Muschamp and another is talking about who he is bringing with him. I wish someone with time would start and keep current a summary tab:
Richt: Hired at Miami
Kirby: Not signed yet, will coach through playoffs
OC: WTF knows
Pruit: Leaving? Michigan? Alabama? Staying?
Muschamp: Coming? USC?
Eason: Probably staying, probably leaving, who knows?
Other recruits and comments?
Other coaches?
Or maybe I should just wait a week and it will all wash out.

You could start that thread and put "who knows" next to everyone who hasn't signed, and leave it at that

Looking like WM is going to USCe. Will Pruitt stay now?

Damn it. Who else would we get?

What makes you say this?

I had lunch with my biz partner who is an A level booster for USC and he said that they have 3 coaches in play and that they want the Houston guy real bad ....and that his agent is still talking. Have no reason to not take this as relatively true.

too many other sources say otherwise. Nothing is done, but nothing is settled either.

I hope so because I want either him or Pruitt here
Posted on 12/3/15 at 5:37 pm to Hullabaloo
He hasn't even interviewed yet.

Do y'all think we keep Pruitt if Muschamp accepts the USCe HC job?
Posted on 12/3/15 at 9:14 pm to DawgMan21
I think Georgia is still the best job for Pruitt right now. If Kirby makes the right offensive hire, Pruitt will be first in line for a head coaching job in two years. I would want to finish what I started.
We just aren't going to know much until next week probably. It will be a long few days. Hopefully the ACC and Big Ten Championship games will hold us over.

He was their first choice last year if Spurrier was going to retire. And he's interviewing tomorrow. I think the job is his.
And I would expect Pruitt to stay if this is the case. It just seems like he's waiting to see if Muschamp comes here.

If Pruitt knows that he is not the first choice, why would he even want to stay?
Posted on 12/3/15 at 9:44 pm to ncdawg
If we come out of this situation retaining Pruitt, getting a great OC, and keeping Eason. We will be in business.

Strictly from a career perspective he has to see the possibilities of sticking around with this staff and recruiting base. If Smart pulls the guys we think he will and if any rumors about Saban leaving are true...it's not a bad gig.
If we have any success he could write his own ticket AND have a chance to succeed as a HC in a few years.
