Yes. I saw the clip of the noise he made with playoff statements in Destin, and he looked worse than ever.

Not being mean. Thread is weird. Kirby looked terrible. Cheeks have joined neck

good for Kirby. I'm a few years older than Kirby and had to lose some weight a few years ago. For me and most males I think the key over 50 was diet and intermittent fasting. I worked out for a year straight and didn't start losing weight until I lowered my calorie intake.

basically. "Intermittent fasting" is just the 21st century way of saying skipping a meal (any meal). In other words you do all of your eating within a certain time window in the day; be it 6 hours, 8 hours, whatever.

Yes, or Dinner. I try to go 16 hours numerous days a week, and the weight comes off even without exercise.

Having a decent OL could help a lot too. I'm not sold on Gunner and I'm not sold on UGA winning more then 9 regular season games but, what do I know?

You’re missing the point. He did not look like he had lost weight, just the opposite. As JD posted above, Kirby has some serious jowls going on.

No way GA loses 3 regular season games.

All 3 difficult ones are at home and name one SEC team more talented than them right now.

Even a down year will be 2 losses again

The line is 9.5 games this season. If you are so sure we get at least 10 games bet the over. I wouldn't be surprised if we lost two home games.

He’s potentially a werewolf now if this picture’s any indication.

All the signs of the coaching elite, coffee stained teeth from grinding film, small belly from not being able to eat right because, he is grinding film, snarling face to let them know we are derecruiting you now ......

He is my coach, love him..... He is hungry and wants to hunt....

Combined with dna where your weight is around your jowls . Which in nature makes you top heavy. And storms happen

I spent three days with Kirby last week. He looks better than 98% of 50 year olds I know. But supposedly he’s on “the shot.”

My concern is for Mike. You’d never know he was a SEC quarterback. He looks terrible and even waddles when he walks.

Mike has some stuff going on physically. He has been a trooper.

Yeah, I knew about that but it had been a minute since I’ve been around him. It was just striking when I was walking directly behind him.

Boomer take here. GLP1 meds are quite literally a miracle drug. They are a peptide that are quite literally revolutionizing American health. Yes I believe self accountability and willpower should be first and foremost, but I also think these drugs are here to stay and within the next 10 years or so the majority of Americans will be on them, and we will be healthier for it.

That said he probably isn’t on semaglutide with his resources. Probably retatrutide.

GLP1 drugs are unnecessary. Willpower is unnecessary. Knowledge is essential. People who know what to eat and what not to eat can get healthy without having to fight against cravings.
