Judd is going to perpetually play the "I spoke truth to power and they struck me down" card. Dude can't accept a loss. He needs to move on and remember this feeling whenever he decides to fabricate a story again.

Homeboy flew too close to the sun. Instead of working with actual evidence on a very real story (traffic violations/speeding/reckless driving among UGA players), Judd wanted a Pulitzer and tried to hide behind #MuhAnonymousSources on the sexual assault hit piece.

I'd never threaten the guy, but he is trying to ruin people's lives and livelihoods based off of complete fabrications. I won't have any sympathy if something bad happens.

Libel needs malice to win.
I don't know if anyone can prove malice from previous articles.
However after the 9 page letter from UGA? Anything further could be deemed malice. He is absolutely on notice. Carelessness, recklessness, and incompetence probably won't stand up in court going forward for lies.
