Do not be surprised if he is back there returning kickoffs against Clemson. Was the first person Ball mentioned for kickoff return when asked who was working back there.

Pray that's some deflection BS, otherwise your golden ticket may get revoked in the first game of the year.

Well surely theyre smarter than this....dont get me wrong i think hed be great at it but the chance of injury due to the way he runs the ball would be absurd.

I like it! Gurley did kickoffs his freshman year, yall remember that one he took to the house?
Although I would like to see some of these freshman get a shot. Let N Chubb and S Michel get a chance.
Also, I'm more worried about who does punt returns. R Davis fumbled a lot last year it seems like.

I wouldn't allow this on my team if I was coaching. There has got to be someone else.

You guys are nuts.
You can't constantly play the game of football by being afraid of injury.
There is no greater risk of getting injured on a kickoff than on running the ball 20 times a game.

Well that's like your opinion man. Others would disagree with that.

I like it....I dont think there is any greater chance of getting hurt shagging kickoffs than running the ball....shagging punts on the other hand is a bad idea IMHO...

I like it too....put your best weapons on the field as much as possible....
However, I don't believe he will be back there in 7 days, 7 hours, 40 minutes.

If there were no other athletes to choose from, sure go ahead.
Gurley is not so much better than the next guy to make it worth it.

I think Michele would be perfect for this role

Hes the exception to the dont run backwards rule....speed kills the opposition.

Nah...there have been absolutely no rule changes or discussions at the pro or college level about changing or totally eliminating kick offs because of the increased injury risk.
I must have been dreaming....I'm glad you cleared that up for us.
