They will absolutely get sued and I’m sure they already received a letter from someone’s lawyer. They are shitting a brick on Twitter, apologizing, back pedaling, and even putting their phone number out there (hahahaha) for people to call so they can apologize and tell their side.

Problem is, if the roles were reversed and this was a Florida or Auburn guy, you'd have been on the other side
I have no interest in carrying on a fight with you moving forward, but the fact that you think that kind if behavior is not jail worthy of done to a defenseless person is disturbing to me

Again, since you didnt answer the first time, what kind of behavior are you speaking of? He didnt slap him, punch him, kick him, or hit his head against the ground or a wall.
Also, Jail and prison are very different things. Perhaps you didnt know that?

I'll just add that if any of our players, coaches or fans ever do something really, really bad, I hope they go to prison and aren't allowed to be players coaches or fans anymore. I appreciate opposing fans like TideSaint who keep us updated on anything bad that we should know about, whether it's bullying or which recruits we won't get.

"Special needs" doesn't necessarily equate to "defenseless". The biggest bully in my middle school was special needs. He was a couple years older than the rest of us, much bigger, and could be very violent. He eventually got moved to some kind of alternative school or program after a few too many incidents.
