That is a better question. I think, at the beginning of the season - the first couple of games - Michel was the better back. Now, Chubb has had the chance to get a lot of work and he has improved every game.

So now - I think Chubb is the better back.

But Michel is going to improve from here on out, and he will be a great one.

I agree with all of that. One thing I wonder though, if Chubb had gone out instead of Michel, would Sony have put up the same kind of numbers Chubb has? I'm not sure. Chubb is ridiculously well conditioned as evidenced by his workload. Put up 170 today and has racked up the carries.

No question that Chubb is the most durable of all of our backs at the moment, Gurley included.

Dude is a real gem, and the best true Freshman RB in the country and one of the best regardless of class.

If I am not mistaken, Chubb now has 895 yards rushing only starting the past 4 games and getting spot carries the previous 5.

Both Michael and Chubb are better than Fournette

Can't say that I disagree and I really don't get the "better upside" argument
Is LF going to develop his vision or quickness? Or learn how to run lower to the ground?

RB is a pretty instinctive position and they're certain skills that you either have or don't.

Thanks for the link...gotta read all the way across the line though. 935 on all positive yardage carries, -40 total on negative yardage carries. 935-40 = 895

Has Fournette ever broke a tackle? When I've watched he goes down with the first contact. Chubb is the YAC king.

If u asked me coming out of high school then LF. But now Chubb is the better back and I'll debate that any day. Chubb is a gamer and I'm glad he's wearing the red and black!
I also think Michel could end up being better than both of them.

No kidding.....here is a thought to brighten up your Sunday....

Imagine you are an Auburn defensive lineman and you have already played 9 or 10 games. You are beat up....hurt, tired.....exhausted...and you got to face Gurley, Chubb and Michel........that is enough to put a bid man off his feed for a while!!!!!!
