The D is never been my concern since Kirby arrived. The O has had some really bad years though.

I’m cautiously optimistic about our D-Line. Definitely highly rated.

I've already saw a couple of videos from observers saying Joseph J-A looked like a monster. He was looking pretty good last season till he got injured. I'd venture to say he's about to make a real impact this season.

I’d like to see Hall, Miller, & JJA. We didn’t get to see it last year. That’s some serious talent. Throw in Elijah Griffin, and that’s championship caliber.

McLeod will be tough to keep off the field too.

Boomer is mainly used by white male soy boys who are waiting on their boomer parents to die so they can move out of the basement and claim the whole house.

To be fair he has only played 1.5 games in college and looked pedestrian. It's not going out on much of a limb to have concerns about him at this point in time

Well I'm not concerned.

Presented without comment, what are y’all’s thoughts on Bobo’s quote here?

If my starting WRs couldn't catch, I'd be conservative too.

Guessing there won't be any fun info until the first scrimmage. Anyone know when that might be?

Hard to catch balls above/below/to the side/etc. When did Beck hit someone in stride?

They dropped balls from Stockton too.

My thoughts are the same as they have been: I don't care how you dice it,
it's the coaches fault. The players don't call the plays or install the gameplan. Todd Monken's play calling was brilliant because it was unpredictable forcing the D to have to defend the entire field. Bobo's play calling was conservative, unimaginative, and to a degree very predictable. The edge that gives any D is not linear but exponential in nature.

Bobo is not creative enough to make the D cover the field like Monken that is for sure.

I got to chat with Zach Arnett who is at FSU now, he was at Ole Miss as an analyst last year and I said you ate us up as if your D knew our plays.

He said "We did" - implying lack of offensive play calling

My guess is this is CKS’s instruction for how to start the game. Be conservative until you get a feel for what their defensive game plan is. He’d rather punt and turn the ball over to the defense than give up a pick in his own territory.

If so, I don't ever recall Monken doing that.

Again, nothing we all didn't witness the entire season last year. Interesting it's all just coming out publicly now. Oh well, Bobo got another year on the payroll so I guess there's that.

It's impossible for a dude to post or say "soy boys" without coming across as floaty and lacking core wrist strength, themself.

It basically makes YOU seem like the actual queer.

Wasn’t it 2022 when we were down at the beginning of every game and gave up points on every opening drive? I can’t remember.
