It's time to bench HM permanently.

If we lose this game, I honestly think we need to at least give some meaningful snaps to Ramsey for Kentucky.

It might be worth it to just go with Ramsey, especially if there's little on the line this year. It would really help him next year.

Yall stop Mason gives us the best shot to win. We are missing a heisman candidate. Yes this Florida team is bad but we should have been more aggressive in the first half with our play calling

Didn't seem to help Hutson last year...

Experience is rarely a bad thing. Mason didn't have a very high ceiling, but I think him playing last year gave him some needed confidence coming into this year.

We need to give that same chance to someone who has a higher ceiling than Mason.

No amount of experience was going to give Mason a stronger arm. Ramsey has the physical tools but needs game experience.

Mason didn't fumble the ball. Mason didn't drop all those passes. And Mason didn't give up 300 run yards to a crappy team. Blame the team as a whole for poor tackles and poor blocking.
Make that 400 yards after that last run.
Blame Gurley for his selfish behavior for limiting our offensive depth and strategy. He is the core reason for the poor showing on offense today, but Gurley and Mason can't be on the field making up for the poor defense.

Mason hasn't done much to help us win, IMO. Our wins have been on the backs of our RBs, OL, and defense.

We needed a play-maker at QB today and we didn't have one. We were completely 1-dimensional and Chubb couldn't get the job done by himself.

It's time to get Ramsey involved.

Coming into this season we knew we were putting the offense on Gurleys back and HE let us down. Not Mason. Chubb gave his all to carry us for the last two games but he couldn't play defense for us and make the tackles, and he couldn't play the O-line and make blocks.
Losing our starting center weakened the offensive line more that we knew. They couldn't adjust and make the blocks when needed.
But the defensive line couldn't stop the Florida run game even when we all knew they would run to protect their QB.
We were all thinking at the start of the season we might go 8-4 or 9-3. Guess what? We might go 8-4 or 9-3.

If anyone can lay this at the feet of anyone but Jeremy Pruitt and the defense you are just looking for someone else to blame. They ran the same play over and over and over again and we still haven't stopped it.

At least try something. shite let Bauta run the option for a series instead of getting corn holed time after time

You could also argue that our defense was worn down over the course of the game (making it harder to stop the same play) and that our offense (other than the 2nd drive) couldn't stay on the field to give our defense any rest.

But yeah, it was frustrating that we couldn't do anything about the rush. It was an all-around team loss today. No facet of the game was played well.

Yea the defense didn't play well at all but I don't see how anyone could defend the offense. And there's absolutely zero defense for the giant turd the special teams laid out there in every single phase. Good god that was a disaster on special teams.

Hopefully we can find someone with a cannon for an arm, or at least a howitzer.

Mason's a good kid, but he's only packing a mortar.

Didn't you want to bench Murray for Mason last year?
