It's incredible how we hang our hats on our giant OL and our studs at RB but we can't move the ball one yard when we have to.

Okay - that last run was on Herrien. He had the first down if he had run even slightly to his left. But he didn't see it. He ran up the middle and was stuffed.

I guess the good news is that we're very rough around the edges as a team with a lot of studly talent in our youngsters and we're giving them time to gel in a game that we aren't concerned about losing. We also get a conference win out of it regardless.

If we weren't so pathetically predictable with our play calling in those situations, maybe we could. Every single time we get a tailback dive and every opponent knows what is coming.

I'm trying not bitch but yeah I mean this short yardage shite is starting to become a theme and it's troubling. We have the big bodies and RB. Not sure what the issue is.
