Why does distancing and masks have to either work or not work 100%? Can they help?

There is nothing adjustable in the Gateway 80101 N95 PeakFit mask. The outside area around the nose is molded firm and the inside nose area is form-fitting.

Perhaps you need help putting on a mask. I'll give you a hint--it doesn't belong on your dick.

Correct. Which is why you need to be test fitted to see if it is actually working. I posted a link for you but you're too busy trying to be right to read it and you're too stupid to see why something that isn't adjustable may not fit.

They absolutely help but mostly if it's the sick person wearing it.

Right. So when someone says masks can either work and polling places should be open, or they don’t work at all so no one should wear them, that’s a pretty weak argument no?

Yeah, it's a stupid argument. But I don't think they should be mandatory. I've had a lot of direct contact with COVID-19 patients at work (I have PPE on there) and haven't had it. I didn't wear a mask in public until it was mandatory. I just refrain from standing on top of people and I wash/sanitize my hands a lot. This isn't rocket surgery. No one needs an N95 to go to the store. No one needs to wear gloves to the store. A cloth mask or a paper mask are sufficient for what the CDC is trying to accomplish but it's just one part of it.

Most of these people are either crazy, retarded or trolls.

Well maybe if we didn't have anti mask protesters and other idiots we wouldn't need one. Point being is a lot of Americans are too stupid to even put on a mask

As I breathe the mask tells me that it fits because inhales and exhales aren't escaping, they are going through the material.

Does OSHA also fit your pants?

fun fact-

Since July 15, more people in GA have been hospitalized with covid-19 than in the whole month of April.

Not good.

And the running rolling average of positive test results is still in the 11% range, almost double the early June % when we were in the trough of this double peak. Showing no signs of slowing, which is discouraging.

This is a different animal than the pussy virus we dealt with the first time around.

The change was in people's behavior, not the virus.

I think that's more anecdotal. My anecdote, from my observations in my immediate community, is that more people are wearing masks recently than in March and April. It is my observation that most people are still working from home, and most kids are still not in schools/daycares. Is this different in your area?

Don't know why it isn't being reported, but as of yesterday, both Piedmont Athens and St. Mary's were at capacity and diverting new COVID patients. One doctor who often works with the doc that my wife works for attempted to find a bed for two of their patients yesterday and was turned away by 15 other hospitals.

WSB headline this morning is Kemp re-opening GWCC for patients, so there is reporting on the big picture. Maybe not specific hospitals being reported on.

I haven't been in any bars but I know that a lot of young people have been. When our state opened many people dropped their guard for a while.

The experts that I've found most credible, like Michael Osterholm, always reported that we were in for a long haul.

I hope that the quick and easy at home saliva tests get here soon. Schools and people with children need to be protected better than they are right now.

They're closed. Can you state your position more clearly? Because I'm confused.
