I watched BR for his whole Hs career...dude helped me with some of my peewee teams down here in Camden...used to come out after the HS got done practicing and work with our little Qb's on stance, handoffs, footwork, etc....

the kid is a baller...he is our future...and as long as BOBO is there...he will be the guy in '15....Bobo recruited him when he was a sophomore...he was comitted before his junior year and never flipflopped...

the Wing T at Camden was modified to suit him...we threw more in his junior and senior years than ever before...and definitley more than now...guess who his go to receiver was in HS...

#15 JJ Green....Brice has speed, can see the field, hit the back shoulder stuff, and is very dedicated...at the Nebraska game he was helping send in plays and wearing a headset the whole time...

you all know CMR is not gonna let the RFreshman start in front of HM..even if he were better...Park will likely redshirt and then we have continuity and depth going forward...i really think they learned their lesson with JOE T 3 and Joe Cox...and are stacking talent so that never happens again...

BR is the real deal...look up some of the stuff he did in camps between junior and senior year and some of his highlights on the youtube and see for yourself...

Thats the beauty of QB competition. Saint Richt is never gonna open up competition for the fall, which he should, and let Mason, Park, and Ramsey all go for the starting spot....Mason is our guy next year barring injury. So, with that said, next spring should be a fun one to watch as Park and Ramsey go at it. IMO FB will never see the field at UGA as a starter.

I hope he's good but I have been getting the idea that he may not be all he's cracked up to be.

Really wish we got Deshaun Watson

I live near the High School that Jacob Park attended. I am not impressed at all with him. He has SRONG arm, but throws a lot of INTERCEPTIONS.
I saw him twice this past season, missed a lot of open receivers. If he is our future QB we will be in trouble. Hopefully he will get better

Park is raw. Has poor pocket awareness and really needs to work on his footwork. All of these things can be coached up. He has every tool you look for but it will be a while before you see the fruits of that labor. The same could be said about Ramsey because of his run oriented offense that he needed alot of work.

Both were/are pretty raw coming out of high school, but I've heard nothing but great things about Ramsey's progress as well as his attention to detail both in the playbook and techniques of playing the position.

Since he's ahead of Park, and if he continues to improve, as well as Richt typically giving upper classmen the first crack at the position, Park may not play until his Sr. year, if he stays that long.

they modified the offense and it was not the hardcore Wing T it had been during the two years he started at Camden...part of that was due to his Mom walking into Herron's office and giving him a talking to...Brice had been going to camps that were honing his passing skills way back in 8th and 9th grade....when he came up and played some in his sophomore year, he handed the ball of everytime...she pretty much told Herron that if he wasnt going to help her son get into a good college as a passing qb, that they would be moving somewhere that would...the offense changed shortly after that...they still ran the T but it was balanced out with Brices abaility to hit receivers....his junior and senior years at Camden were some of the best years I have watched them...anyway...he gets a bad wrap for the Wing T that CCHS is known for, but really did throw the ball more than many know...he has instincts and is very very accurate....

I see Ramsey being a DJ Shockley type of guy. More of a dual threat QB.

Heard he's 6-3 220 now. I would think he's still too raw for significant playing time until 2015. Going to be an interesting spring game for sure.

nah...he doesn't like to keep it...he is quick when pressured but doesn't want the ball...will only keep it if he has to from what I have seen...

Not much buzz coming outta Athens about the RS FR QB vs the buzz about Murray in '10. Is he not progressing? Shouldn't Ramsey be pushing HM? Ramsey was a top 2-3 QB coming out right?? Do we go from Mason to Park??

Has a gun for an arm with all the tools. I personally think he will be getting snaps mid-season next year. We shall see.
