You're absolutely right. However, damn sure looked like it during that game. Looked like he was playing pitty pat instead.

I don't blame Stetson for being who he is, I place more of the blame on the coaches for not looking toward the future all season and prioritizing continuity with the lesser talented player. I also think Lanning looking toward Oregon had more of an effect than people are admitting.

I feel like we went away from our game on both sides of the ball. Not sure where that falls, but eventually it is on the HC.

The Lanning thing had to be a distraction. Hard for us to say from here.

You can look at the Bennett thing as a win by Smart for having a kid that good in the system as a back up. Who rose above a chronically injured 5*, a 4* that is a bust and a 5* that is to this point not ready. Plan B was good and plan A fell apart. Not a wash, but some good luck in some bad.

Now you are showing how little you know about our defense.

Seems like we did a bunch of stunts and fancy stuff that took time to develop on the pass rush and the Bama oline blocked zones and passed off really well. That and set up plays to take advantage of our stunts. They were ready for us… thats for sure. Like really ready.

100%. That soft zone we refused to stop running was a terrible game plan.

We'll just have to disagree on how good Stetson is. He certainly played above his station for most of the year, but you're just not likely to beat other top 5 teams with him at QB. We might beat Michigan because they're our mirror image with a lesser talented roster.

I blame myself for letting myself believe this was the year.

I’m a shitty fan.

95% of it falls on Kirby and the staff. Split the other 5% between the offense and defense. You win as a team, you lose as a team. It’s never just one player’s fault.

I think the ataff thought they would run Brice Young more than they did. We did everything we could to hold him in the pocket.

Never made him step up in it, thats why JD99 did not get to eat.

I accidentally down voted you, but agree in principle.

Look..you can downplay what it takes to put a crowd pleasing routine together then light it on fire and put it in your mouth BUT don’t diminish the critical failure of Ally to come through when it was on the line. We brought her in for a reason..not just to be ZTA eye candy.

You can’t tell me their wasn’t a girl from Marietta that couldn’t have actually delivered, regardless of which “fancy stuff” was in the game plan.

Anybody blaming a young man playing his arse off is a big fricking dummy . Monken needs to roll Stetson out more , he is fricking short after all and that ain't his fault either you bunch of pussies. Coaches should have had the D pissed and ready not believing they were world beaters.

When I was younger and single in Atlanta, girls from Marietta always delivered. Good times.

Bama is definitely kicking our arse here.

The first and second from the left in the front row are the best looking IMO…but if this were a mixer I’d fire on the giant in the back middle. She’s hot and would intimidate lesser men.

Or the one in front of her to the left….she has crazy eyes.
