Why anyone would pull for tech is beyond me. Any Georgia fan should be pulling for ut and not thinking twice.

I live in Nashville, and work with around 100 Tennessee fans. I will be cheering for Tech tonight.

I'm not rooting for either team, but Tennessee wins comfortably tonight. Tech's not a serious football school anymore, and a good coach at a good program should beat them 85% of the time. Butch Jones isn't a good coach, but tech's talent has fallen so far under Paul Johnson that even a mediocre coach with a talented roster should get the victory with relative ease.

speak for your fricking self. This is how I think about ga southern, not tech. No self-respecting UGA fan should ever pull for tech unless it somehow vaulted us to a playoff appearance, which is pretty much never going to be the case.

This. I generally pull for SEC teams in out of conference games but this is an exception. GT is not a significant threat to our recruiting; Tennessee is. Also, any lose for UT potentially helps us win the East.

I like Georgia Tech when they aren't playing Georgia.

If you live anywhere along the TN-GA border its not an issue. Root against TN. (I didn't say root for GT). These people are every bit delusional as the low IQ auburn fans.

This is truly a dilemma. I normally pull against each team each snap, no matter who they're playing. For this game maybe I'll pull against each team on alternate snaps. It's the only option I can come up with.
