To me he just does not seem that dynamic running the ball

Yes. We really need to get Kenny Mac the majority of the reps on the outside. Pound Zeus on short downs and goal lines. He’s also the hammer we need late in the 4th when we are imposing our will.

No, it didn't seem like many holes were opening up for him. And the running up the middle so many damn times doesn't help him.

This. For the life of me, I can't understand why we don't run it wide more often.

Way more concerned about the right side of the OL.
Zeus had no where to go and we weren't doing em any favors with our play calling.

Seems like we tossed it to him a couple of times and he didn’t do much with that, either. I’m not criticizing the kid, he clearly has talent and guts, but I don’t think he's had a single genuine'wow' moment despite ample opportunities.

Not for the reason you stated. On one of the plays a UT player fell on him and he grabbed his knee. He still played, but I suspect it affected him more than he wants anybody to know. He did appear more tentative after that play. All that said, he still got 22 carries, so maybe I am wrong.

But no. I am not worried about him. I would like to see more McIntosh and Milton, though. They are looking very good, too.

I’m not worried but as I mentioned on the game thread he seemed to be stutter stepping a lot at the LOS yesterday, until our last goal line drive (when we bootlegged to Jalen) where he hit the holes a little harder. I get others saying he was looking for a hole, but looked like he lost that forward momentum. Didn’t they actually say he looked a little shaken up in the EZ after the opening fumble TD? I don’t know if I saw that, but it also could have been the typical Gary anti-UGA nonsense. Thought Kenny and Kendall looked great!

Not worried about him, but just don't think he is on an elite level. Vision is poor

It’s going to be hard to keep this kid off the field. He’s special. Just needs to hold on to that football.

I think he needs to be put in later in the game when the defense has be worn down.

Yes. He is a good, but not great, back. He does not have the vision that a Chubb did.

I would like to see more Milton.

Yes, right after he dove to try and recover the ball he was on the ground holding his knee. I honestly thought he may have torn his ACL again. I think he’s still lacking confidence in his knees. It will come, but he’s still being a bit conservative with his running because of it. His little double jump-cut into the end zone last week was a good looking run as far as I’m concerned.

Looked a LOT like a young Chubb out there.

Not worried about him but yesterday he was our third best back and he looks to have lost some explosiveness somehow.

Zeus is just not the style back we are used to. He is a physical inside runner without the big play ability.

Just different, not worse his contribution is making first downs more attainable.

Zeus is solid but he seemed off this game, you almost wonder if the wet turf made him uncomfortable. He wasn't cutting with the same decisiveness as he did against Auburn.

McIntosh has some of the best patience and natural instincts I've seen. I actually think he should be the starter for us.

Milton is explosive, he looks like Chubb all over again. He needs to learn to protect the ball a little better but he may be another 1st rounder.
