Didn't a certain GENERATIONAL TALENT pretty much make that exact argument to the NCAA? We kind of got presented as the University of Georgia Fightin' Simon Legrees.

Interesting thing is that NONE of the other players said anything? Fields was a fricking cancer and crybaby.

I'm guessing you're pre- HOPE era UGA. I know, I was there back when they would take any bumpkin who could fill his name out on the application. Fortunately, those folks go to Georgia Southern, Valdosta State and GSWU now.
