I don’t have a lot of faith in this. Any settlement regulating NIL will face immediate challenge in court. Until they can figure out a way to collectively bargain, I don’t see how the NCAA/schools regain the ability to limit compensation.

Xavier griffin just cancelled his visit to us this weekend. Maybe he will reschedule but the recruiting momentum seems to have ground to a halt again.
