Would be all time improvement as Beck looked awful last year. I hope its true for him as he has stayed loyal and hasnt whined publicly.

For those that read it, Talk'n Dawgs has a comment up from SoFl more or less confirming that Stet hasn't been holding up to the expectations of a veteran leader (ie. Kirby's comments were specific, not general)... both on the field and in class. Going to be interesting to see how it all shakes out for sure.

More or less doesnt confirm shite. There are plenty of normal things a qb who just won a national title could be doing to make things appear different. Talking engagements, massive fame to the point that being on campus or around town is almost impossible, nil obligationa etc ... Thats going to effect you and your schedule, we would be better off to accept that.
Shame on anyone spreading innuendo about the young man.

Nothing about the 2022 QB room situation fills me with great confidence, but hopefully whatever turmoil goes on helps to settle things and no one walks away with a big head about their greatness. Need someone prepared to put in the work this year as offense is potentially going to need to carry defense a bit early it would seem, and while Oregon is a very winnable first opponent, it's not a cakewalk either.

Stetson was 3rd string last offseason.

If that’s the case we’re in trouble if our other 5 stars can’t beat out complete shite. Vandagriff and Stockton should just go play in the sandbox.

You generally either have it or you dont at QB. Go back and watch the Arkansas game from 2 years ago to see what talent is and Stet did it with mental reps in a pressure cooker late in a game the prepared qb completely sucked in.
Was 3 rd string last year and popped in for UAB as starter with mental reps and destroyed them.
Now we are calling them banked reps. Some people play better than they practice. Other practice better than they play. I will take the former.
