Cook is really good. As is Bridges. The wings are our weakness no doubt.

How do we keep accruing basketball players who cannot shoot? Free throws, threes, Layups?
I’m not sure I know what good basketball looks like each season until it usually pushes our crap in :/

This shite is very frustrating because like the previous years under Crean we actually do have pretty athletic guys. Is this what it’s like to be A Hawks fan?

if you gave Jim, Wheeler and Edwards with that group of players, there’s no way they don’t make the NCAA tournament and beyond. I’ll get the Covid stuff but damn this is sad

We are shooting 14.3% from deep and have a dude 2-12 from the floor.
Where do you even go to find that? Where does a person even find that? These guys in theory have been shooting for 10+ years at least.
Crean needs to quit worrying about athletes and find basketball players, because he clearly cannot make people better. So find someone tapped out as 9ppg guy who at least shoots 40%

Just like the Tech game. In the game until the last 5 minutes and then make stupid mistakes, take stupid shots and make stupid fouls. Dont know which is worse, the players or the coaching.

A combination of both. It’s obvious Crean can’t recruit the South. He got Edward’s because he sold him snake oil. The “players” he recruited followed Edwards not Crean or UGA. I honestly think when given 3-5 years, Jonas Hayes will have UGA in the top 10-20 in recruiting every year… his coaching abilities are still a ? but we gotta do something different after this year. We all know Crean is gone at seasons end. Jonas can and will recruit. Let’s start fresh with a DGD
