First game was a stinker (first half anyway for sure) but the cincy game showed some encouraging signs. I'm curious to see if they can keep the positives going.

Early season reactions:
Cook is settling in and will be really really good
Oquendo will have ups and downs but he is our most athletic and high energy guy.
Ingram is solid. Nothing special but doesn’t make a lot of mistakes and is efficient
Baumann needs to find his shot. He’s really just a 3 and D player but right now he’s just D.
Bridges looks nice. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a player with any real post presence.
I’m high on Christian Wright. Best defender on the team, especially off ball. Offensive game might take time but he doesn’t force it.
Etter is just solid
Jabri has looked terrible. Gets tunnel vision and ignores open shooters. Really hoping he can turn it around, because he’s painful to watch.

Just terrible. I thought Crean’s teams the previous 4 years are really bad at defense/basketball but this one might be one of the worst teams in our program’s history and that’s saying alot.
