Came from a tOSU insider. They are self proclaimed as not very plugged in to Evans recruitment since he's not been in their plans for quite some time... Wouldn't read too much into it.

Mike Roach, Texas 247 writer, was on Austin sports talk yesterday and said he feels UGA leads for Evans right now.
Since his recruitment will go until February, I'm not getting too excited.

You don’t have to be anymore to sign in December. The majority of recruits sign during the early signing period unless something changed I’m unaware of for this upcoming class.

Well now, this is interesting.
Tank Bigsby was in Athens for a 7v7 tournament yesterday and was told by the staff he has a committable offer at RB. As most of us know, we liked him more as a DB than a RB.
Also, OG Tate Johnson worked out for us yesterday and was told we are waiting on another OL to say yes or no by mid-June (Josh Braun?). If that OL says no, then we will be coming after him hard.
