So as of now, who is going to be the heir to Fromm? Mathis is there currently, then there’s Beck from this class, and Brock Vandagriff for 2021. I haven’t paid as much attention to recruiting as I used to, but who do you guys seeing the best fit for us long term?

Battle between Beck and Mathis will result in someone great. Question is if that’s a battle for the 2020 spot or 2021

Beck. At least IMO. But I also think Mathis looks like Christian Lemay right now.

Probably won't happen but I hope to goodness Fromm comes back. I think with a year of learning for beck and another year for mathis makes things relatively smooth going into 2021, but if we go into 2020 with just those 2 options if fromm leaves I think we're in pretty big trouble.

It would be a grad transfer imo. Best possible situation for one.

I will not ask why you say that But Lemay was a pocket passer and a dam good one in high school who was not know for his scrambling ability. Mathis is very fast and athletic who has a good arm but not being recognized as a passing threat.......at this time.

If I were a top rated lineman, I would absolutely want to play for Pittman. Dude can develop talent.

Because I watched Christian Lemay not be able to throw 10 yard slants in warm ups, and I don’t think Dwan is there yet as a passer either.

Obviously Dwan is more athletic.

Everything I'm hearing here in Rome is the good guys.

The other good news I got today is that this is the start of a flood of commits over the next 30 days. Think 4-6 commits.
