Fields isn't staying. I'd eat my fricking hat if he wound up staying. He's waiting for other chips to fall including Avery getting a potential coaching job at Ohio State and Mars figuring out a way to get him eligible immediately.

That would be the best of all possible outcomes. Kirby is being mature about the situation and I think the rest of the team is also. Some of the comments here have been embarrassing.

Not happening for Fields to stay, IMO , but there would be a long way to go to regain the fan base's trust.
