Meh. We’re just spoiled after last years finish and wrapped up our biggest fish early in Smith and Walker. We got Webb last week, today just hasn’t panned out.

We could still get Solomon this week, too, and there’s still February to look to. Just not the close in December we wanted or had built up expectations for

Hard to complain about four 5*s but we’re spoiled

Not brutal, but definitely not good either. Just kind of sucks after thinking we were getting Dean and Sanders last night.

Obviously they’re 17-18 year old kids who change their mind all the time, but it still isn’t ideal.

So my question is about Sanders. Holyfield staying is being used as the excuse for why he went back to Bama but doesn't Bama have Jacobs and Harris? I am sure I am forgettign some guys too

I agree, but Sanders is still an elite prospect. I’ve maintainined he’s the second best RB in this class (behind Emery) for a while.

Sanders is very good. Would love to have him because when he’s at Bama we get the task of trying to tackle his arse. That is not ideal. :(

If Matthis signs as expected that's a big pickup because QB was priority #1. If Holyfield stays, Dean was priority #2 so that's a miss. OL is still in great shape under Pittman. Haselwood was gone months ago IMO and coaches probably knew that.

Speaking of which, how on earth did we lose Emery? I get it that we didn't show up against LSU, but damn... One game?

Let's wait and see what happens with Sanders and Dean. I think we have a shot at Dean based upon HIS own comments about UGA. We don't need Sanders, sure he's a 5 star at a position we don't even need depth at. What good is a 5 star from a kid who won't contribute? It's hollow, we may look #1 in the recruiting rankings but I would rather have had a few more high 4 star DT's like Zach Pickens.

Louisiana kid and I believe rumor was he has a kid of his own on the way. Usually going to lose that combo 5/5 times

Georgia and Miami are battling to land four-star defensive backTyrique Stevenson(Miami/Southridge). Stevenson initially planned to sign with one of those two programs on Wednesday, the first day of the 72-hour Early Signing Period, and then announce that decision on Jan. 5 at the All-American Bowl. Those plans have apparently changed.

May have been mentioned but the prevailing rumor is that Ole Miss put Dean's brother on scholarship. I can't blame him at all if that's the case, got to look out for family.

Home school, he was at the game where we got waxed, depth chart, rumor of a kid (don't know if that's true or not).

A lot of things O could sell him on.
