For those that don't believe Dallas' posts matter, just take a gander at this recruiting class.
Clearly the main reason for it is Dallas

7 composite
8 on Rivals
7 on 247
3 on ESPN (only 13 total 5*s on ESPN, UGA got 7 of top 25)
10 signees ranked as a 5* on at least 1 of the 3 services.
That's pretty crazy.

90 (now 89) posts until we 10k. Let's get Dallas to hit the 10,000th and send us into the 2019 class with some good mojo.

I'll finish updating this one as well, and then might try and look at one recruit a day leading up to the season, but maybe we can turn that into a different thread.

Not sure if I just missed it or not, but Kirby also said both Gibbs and Patrick are still with the team.

Not sure if this has been pointed out... probably has, but f it, it can be repeated 100 times for all I care
29 x 5star recruits on 247 Composite
10 x of which went to the SEC
7 x of which went to UGA
Really just cannot get over this!

I can't wait to see how these new freshmen contribute. I would imagine that there's a lot of responsibility for being leaders of the team that will come with this #1 class title.

Georgia has signed the top 9 players of any team in the SEC East.
it's like that scene in Rain Man, raking in the chips. And all the chips are blue.

The impact of this type of depth will be seen immediately next season in many ways that we saw this year.
1. Crazy level of talent on special teams. Look for another great year for our coverage units.
2. Coaches confident in ability to rotate...snap counts controlled for key players...there is always a luck component to injuries, but being able to spell your playmakers definitely helps limit missed time and nagging conditions.
3. Competition at majority of positions will enhance development. Nothing keeps the fire lit more than a pack of young hungry ballers behind you.
