Per the 247 Composite, we signed the:
NC, TN, IL - #1 player
GA, SC - #2 player (would argue that both could easily be considered for #1 spot in their state... Tindall is a more impactful player at LB than Kedrick is at WR - 247 agrees, but the composite on them is inverted. Without looking, would guess due to ESPN's shite arse rating system.
247 rates Tindall as #19 nationally... ESPN rates him at 211...
Obviously, Lawrence and Fields have traded spots a couple of times now. Fields injury and potentially not playing in the All-America game will mean that Lawrence retains top billing... do not regret missing on Lawrence and landing Fields. That might have been one of the better "misses" in our recruiting history. Not because Lawrence is bad - he's fricking great - but he also didn't really rally the troops on his own to help ringlead a class like Fields did once he made his choice.

Nadab Joseph confirms to 247 that he's good to go on early enrolling. Transcript must not be as horrible as Bama fans claim.

Also... posted this over on the SECr... it's cheesy, but it's also kinda funny.

Why is everyone having so much trouble with this? Strange.
If you hover at the bottom there is an option to enable/disable CC... might be that?

Jeff Sentell from yesterday on DN:
quote:
The rest of the board will look like this.
5-star CB Tyson Campbell: Alabama, Miami and Ohio State will challenge Georgia. Campbell’s recruiting and his commitment will be won in January. That’s when he will take all of his visits.
5-star CB Isaac Taylor-Stuart: Look for Alabama, Texas A&M and Southern California to be the major contenders. That last reports from his hometown of San Diego indicated he planned to take an official visit to UGA in January.
4-star WR Tommy Bush Jr: He took an official visit to UGA last weekend and DawgNation covered his visit extensively here and here.
4-star OLB Otis Reese: He’s a Michigan commit who has made many visits to Athens. Let’s see what happens. It does not seem he plans to play for Michigan.
4-star LB Quay Walker: This was a hot name to watch at UGA this time a year ago. Much has changed since then. Could his recruitment come full circle, back to UGA? He is a true three-down linebacker, but he is also still committed to Alabama.
Also: I spoke with Stockbridge, Ga., wide receiver Marquez Ezzard yesterday. He once was a big UGA target who wound up committing to, and then de-committing from, Florida State. It sounds as if he will take a visit to Georgia in January. The opportunity play with his good friend and high school teammate, Brenton Cox, at Georgia seemed to appeal to Ezzard.
You will hear the name Rick Sandidge mentioned as a potential candidate for UGA, but I do believe the Bulldogs trail SEC East rival South Carolina. The 4-star defensive tackle plans to take an official visit to UGA in January. This will be a wait-and-see situation.
How does Bush feel about what the Bulldogs did yesterday? “I kinda saw it coming as we were chilling last weekend,” Bush said, admitting that there were a couple of surprises for him. “The coaches really put on a great class for 2018.”

Anybody hearing chatter about Walker? I saw it mentioned that one of the Bama boards expects him to sign with UGA today. I can't find Bama post where it's being talked about.

Lawrence and Fields
If I'm the Falcons... Lawrence is the #1 QB out there... If I'm the Bulldogs... I'll take Fields over Lawrence all day any day. That kid has Heisman and College Football National Championship written all over him

If I'm the Falcons, I'm running till they stop it after Julio's amazing 3rd qtr catch and go up 31-3 or 35-3. And I'm running it again on 3 and 1 on the next drive and I'm winning the Super Bowl.

We're at 24. What is the cut off? I noticed a couple of schools have over 26. I thought the cutoff was 25.

This
Lawrence is awesome. I remember how absolutely bummed I was when he chose Clemson.
Turns out that we dodged a bullet that day. Fields is also awesome but with added dimensions. We got a terrific dual threat passer who all the other great players want to follow.
Now UGA is loaded with more to come.

Helped that Fields lit it up at the Opening and created great relationships with recruits there. That, in addition to how awesome our season has been has helped made this the best recruiting class in UGA history.
