This will end up being the 2013 class that single handily forced the program into mediocrity.
Thankfully we aren't gonna sign 30+ and we signed our best class ever last year.

If everyone thinks '18 is bad, wait until 2019 when Jimbo Fisher steals 4 of the top 6 out of the state. Cox is gone, time to pray for Zamir, Salyer and Trey Hill. We can still have a class ranked 12-18

We stretched our lead for Zamir this week.

Zamir is a stud. I haven't paid more attention to a recruits process than I have with him. It goes without saying, but we NEED him in this class. Everything else will fall into place

We need Zeus and Salyer for sure.

UGA always has great running backs. Not sure about everything else falling into place.

Kirby Smart is getting his arse handed to him. If UGA doesn't have a big season like winning the SEC I think recruiting is going to stay down.

The only thing Kirby has proven up to this point is that he can recruit.

How the hell did the 2018 class get off to this bad of a start? We usually start off quick. This is looking like a disaster in the making. All of the top recruits are being plucked from the state right out from under our nose.

And the trolls are coming out...

According to 247 offers out at this point
UGA 234
Alabama 211
Miami 164
Clemson 92
Say what you want to about Kirby's recruiting results in the 2018 class thus far but he is definitely playing the numbers game. He is in on a lot of kids at some point right now.

We don't have much early PT or recent success to sell.
Brenton Cox is confusing though. OLB is a big need.

To attract pass rushers we need to convince them that we're going to be an aggressive pass rushing team, IMO. Georgia hasn't done that, at least not in terms of sacks, for several years now. That's not all Kirby's fault, but last season didn't help change that perception among recruits.

I don't think Kirbys scheme is to blame. I think it falls on the players. I'm sorry but Bellamy and Carter aren't exactly elite pass rushers. We lack that high end talent, maybe someone like Walker can breakout?
Sounds like Cox wanted to play with his hand in the grass as opposed to a jack LB?
