247 composite ranking is usually the standard used around these parts. It takes into account the rankings from 247, Rivals, Scout, and ESPN and averages them out.

Also, 247 only has 25 5* right now..they had 33 last season. So he could still end up 5* there as well.

On 247, he has a composite rating of .9795 (5/10,000th of a point away from a 5-star rating), and has a raw rating of 95.
Rivals has him as a 5-star.
Quantifying talent is always a dubious thing, he's an elite player by any account, IMO.
