Agreed. Throw in the possibility of Nico Collins and that'd be a nice WR haul. Also, Brandon Sudge has an article out with Webb's father and he states, "For Quarterbacks, Georgia has the top-ranked guys coming in from 2016 to 2018, so that’ll be big."

I don't want to read too much into that but that sounds promising for Lawrence.

Does Fromm get bored? Looks like he's playing Madden on easy.

He might drop a star after this awful performance

Mark Webb now committing before kickoff tonight around 7.

Getting him would be a huge catch...

Guy on Dawgs247 said he asked Steve Wiltfong (247 recruiting guru) on twitter if Fromm would be a 5 star if he was still committed to Bama... Wiltfong told him he'd be a 6 star...

He still should be a five star even though he is not committed to Bama.

How is Davis Mills the #1 prospect in Ga? I can't find any substance to back it up.

He's really good and projects well. Certainly good enough to be in that conversation

Some services (liek rivals) use some screwy methodology. For instance during teh summer camp circuit they would not take into consideration anything that didn't happen at Rivals events, so Teh Opening and other camps essentially didn't happen in rivals eyes.

Also a head rivals guy (I think it might have been woody) said on the UGA board the other day that they base a lot of their rankings on potential to get to the league (I THINK that's what I remember). So basically, a physical specimen/beast with good numbers would likely be ranked higher than a small or average looking dude putting up great numbers. Sounds dumb to me but I think that's what I recall reading.

ESPN reporting that D'Angelo Gibbs will be at Auburn for an unofficial visit, this weekend.

They have to do that. They're not ranking them as HS football players. They're ranking them as college prospects. It's all about potential and the likelihood of reaching that potential.

Wide receiver Mark Webb (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) silently committed to Georgia in July. From 247

Nice pickup fellas.

How many more WRs are y'all going to take? Who's left on the board?

Also, have any of you heard anything else regarding Aaron Sterling? Recruiting analysts keep saying they don't expect him in our class, yet they never offer a destination for him. Is he a priority for Kirby and Co?
