Just had to answer this same point to someone on another board. Don't think he would have been eligible for HOPE (from TX), but probably could have gotten an OOS tuition waiver + Pell and any other scholarships he'd be eligible for.

Maybe with them getting Bryant it would hinder their chances? The article also said that he really wanted to play for Alabama but if they get Ray then they don't have room for him. I too think it's a longshot but if he liked Alabama long enough he probably had good contact with Kirby.

Maybe he should. Almost all of our hay was in the barn and we had 3 weeks to focus primarily on Nico and AS. Hell we lead for Nico for almost six months.

I don't know about you guys but after many years of watching Richt fail at OL recruiting I'm am more excited for those 5 guys than any other position. Richt did land some good lineman during his years but overall it seemed like the one group as a coach where we were always behind the powerhouse teams. This group is out fricking standing.

Parks is interesting because his #1 and #2 teams bounced (Bama and FSU) so while I find it hard to believe he would commit to any other school today, I will say that UGA reached out and anything can happen.

With that said, he gone lol
