It's just in my mind, I prefer guys that have really good tools with more size. That is just me playing it safe. There are a lot of great players that were on the smaller size, though.

Yeah I feel you. In my mind our class seems so solid at DB with Gibbs, LeCounte, Bishop, etc. that I'd rather take the high risk high reward guy. I'd absolutely be agreeing with you if this was a guy we absolutely needed to play this year or next, but the fact of the matter is if he doesn't work out it's next man up and next man up will be another 4/5* kid because of the way Kirby is recruiting.

But there's always the chance Jamyest is the next Honey Badger and that would be DOPE.

The problem is that I think all of our DB commits project better at safety or star. Bishop maybe being the exception.

I'd be nervous about taking Williams knowing that I may not have a true corner in the entire class.

Don't get me wrong. I think Jamyest is a fantastic player and I'd love for us to turn him. I think he'd be a great asset. I'm just not sure CB is where he is needed. Receiver and kick returner seem more appropriate. Hopefully, our staff can find something to do with Mecole Hardman. He's too good to not have him on the field in some capacity.

I still think Mecole will be a good corner for us

Wiltfong, one of the national/regional reporters. Said it's down to UGA/UM and the people close to him say UGA has the lead.

Watching that Holloman thing on Periscope and Solom seems like he is really smart. Seeing him in those videos made me think he is all dog.

He said he wasn't going to Michigan because he didn't know anyone there...he knows all the UGA recruits and some of the players. I think he is a dawg and is just trolling reporters.

Poole is looking good at corner.

Collins lead recruiter at Michigan is gone. Not surprised UGA leads. I think UGA lands Solomon as well. Bryant is probably the commitment that was postponed.

Don't think there is room for Jaymest Williams or the lineman from Florida.

More of a safety long term IMO. He has struggled some running in coverage with outside receivers at these showcase events.

He could be good at corner within some coverage packages, but Smart is ultimately gonna want to trust our corners in man like Alabama did/does

Personally, I think you make room for guys like them. Lots of folks who never panned out and don't contribute to the team in a meaningful way.

If you can get Bryant, Solomon, and Collins, you find a way to take Williams too and make everyone bordering the state of ga kiss our taint
