Missouri wins game 2 8-5. We have no 2nd day starter; Locey is wild and Smith has lost his edge

Sasser and Campbell with back to back diving catches. Sadder just yanked one out of the air that was on a rope to right with 2 out

UGA sucks at baseball, but it's always fun to beat Tech at any sport

The baseball team has won 3 games against 1-50 in RPI, so thats better than the basketball team, so thats a silver lining.

Bad news

There are 22 games left, 19 are against 1-30 in RPI. Only Tech(2) and Furman are outside.

RPI is projected to be #1 or #2 in the nation at the end of the year.

Haven't seen a play like that in baseball above the T ball level. Wow that was pitiful. Dawgs really found ways to lose that game.

I read we had 2 errors on the same bunt attempt that ended up bringing in the game winning run. I wish that was something surprising to read but it really isn't.

I went against your advice and watched it, then my eyes started to bleed and I got a phone call from somebody who just said "7 days". Real talk I had a little league game end similarly to that when I was like 10.

Things happened and we're losing 7-1 after 2 innings.

Losing a whole lot worse than that now.

Gotta think at absolute minimum Corral is gone after this season; pitching is embarrassing for a HS team let alone a one time SEC power. Should be a cleaned house, though I don't trust mcgarity to actually make that move nor hire a competent replacement

Dude there is no minimum. Stricklin should have been gone last year. Even McGarity wouldn't frick up firing him after the performance this year.

If Stricklin isn't fired but he cleans house with the rest of his staff, who their right mind would even take a job here under Stricklin? Zero job security on a perennial loser isn't going to draw out any good assistants.

He needs to be fired. I know basketball is a bigger sport in general, but there should be much more outrage about Stricklin still having a job after this season than Fox.

But I think Stricklin will be fired.

I don't know why but I have a bad feeling he'll be retained.
