Kirby tweeted a picture and mentioned DRob by his Twitter handle...pretty sure for him to do that means DRob would have had to sign financial aid papers, and/or signed an LOI, but I would assume just financial aid papers.

The first one, no clue. Just that they appeared to have a good time. The second one says "committed" if you click in to it... fwiw. It could have just as easily been him indicating to Breon that he signed the FAA. Not much to be gleaned from that IMO just yet.
