well I still say we flip Rico like I mentioned several days ago. There was a thread on 247 that was nuked that makes me think we're in it

REALLY wanted Donte. I think he would have excelled with Pruitt and quite frankly UGA would have appreciated him more.

But, time to move on.

Lucky at 247 just CB'd Rico to flip and Jake is about to do the same. Once Barton picks him to flip then I'll really start to believe it.

It's just hard to get excited when we continually flop at the end of each recruiting season. Sorry, negadawg, but it just feels that way and has for the past few years.

ILO = In lieu of, instead of:

ILO Jackson: Choates, Orr, Williamson, any other options?

flip Rico from the Bamer School for domestic abusers?

ILO Jefferson: anyone at WR? Flip Williams from the toothless wonders?

Get another DB and use Wilson at WR instead of DB? *see McGraw)

ILO Allen: Madden, Boulware, or Buchanon?

Any chance at all we still get Allen?

Any hope for Valentine-Chede?

Probably will take up to 4 OL qualifiers -- any other options at OL?

ILO Roquan: no options -- have to get him on board

Have we offered any other guys and have room for them? such as Arden Key or Wanogho?

"losing" Jefferson, Allen and Jackson is bad, but not the end of the world, especially if we can close with 4 or 5 more to fill out the class.

BUT it would have been nice to have been able to hang onto the 4 and 5 stars that got away, rather than having to fill their spots with 3 star recruits.

By the way, Wouldn't replacing "the big 3" with McGraw, Madden and Roquan mean bringing in two 5s and a 4 star to replace two 5s and a 4?

Of course, we'll probably instead end up replacing them with 2 star and 3 star guys, but one can always hope ...

Prince Miller was a 2, and Clint Boling a "low 3"

Maybe the sky is little less bright, but not falling in on us quite yet

I wouldn't say we flop, I just think we don't do as good of a job as some schools. Outside of Tunsil, we get the guys we are favored for and rarely get the ones we aren't favored for. That's how it normally goes. Unfortunately, a couple of our signing day guys have left the school for other issues (JHC,
Crowell).

I know a lot of people have jumped on you for this already, but definitely make sure you have solid evidence when you say something like that. Honestly, it comes off a little bit racist and I don't think that was your intention.

Late recruiting season is when teams get desperate and some coaches make reckless promises/commitments to players and their families. Mark Richt keeps an even keel throughout the process. Some fans like it, others just want the bottom line, but Richt's never going to play the game that way.

If I recall correctly Prince Miller was a 3-4* You may be thinking of Tim Jennings who was a 2*.

The way you type is annoying. And half of the questions you are asking have already been answered if you have kept up with recruiting at all. And calling other teams names is rather unnecessary.

Choates and Williamson are the most likely here.

Possibly, We aren't giving up on Jefferson. We want 5 in this class.

no

Yes, he is being told that we have 2 spots available.

Not happening

Key has always had an offer and a spot.

"answers" change hourly

recruits change their minds

so do posters

didn't see much of use in your other posts

all I see now is a jerk wad Marshall fan

As I recall, insulting other teams with silly names is a Rant tradition

Can't do it as well as others, but a man can try

your posts, by the way, are annoying more in content than typing style

just saying

well, you did answer some of my questions politely after all

I stand corrected

we're done with insulting on my end

can I still use silly names for the featherless war chickens of Auburn or the droopy cocks of South Carolina?

Forgive me, I just can't help myself
